AhnLab CPP

The Optimal Hybrid Workload Protection

Read BrochureContact Sales

AhnLab CPP is a high-performance cloud workload protection platform (CWPP) with a complete security feature set to protect hybrid server workloads.

Why AhnLab CPP

End-to-End Visibility and Powerful Protection

Ensuring Cloud Stability

Powered by unrivaled workload protection features, AhnLab CPP provides comprehensive visibility into security threats and never lets them slip through the cracks. Also, our CWPP strictly disallows unnecessary communication or applications to keep the cloud environment as stable as possible.

01

Convenient Management

AhnLab CPP makes cloud security easier with an intuitive dashboard, integrated rules for immediate threat response, exception rules for optimal policy configuration, and SIEM integration for central analysis. It keeps management simple and ensures maximum performance at all times.

02

Resource Efficiency

AhnLab CPP strengthens business productivity and resilience by integrating best-in-class security controls into a single platform. It allows customers to selectively deploy the necessary features and improve cost-efficiency.

03

Key Features

The Best Security Controls Tied Together

Host IPS & Firewall

Our Host IPS delivers the next-level threat detection and prevention powered by thousands of signatures tested and verified over time. The firewall also contributes to protecting cloud workloads from evolving attacks with its geoblocking feature.

Application Control

AhnLab CPP restricts all but authorized applications to ensure that the server is running as it should be. By controlling access to critical files or folders and prohibiting unauthorized modification, the platform safeguards the system against service disruption and enhances operational stability.

Integrity Monitoring

AhnLab CPP monitors the modification of - files, registries, startup programs, and services – and whether there is any behavioral anomaly. The feature comes with other security controls for optimal operation, such as real-time, manual, and scheduled scans.

Anti-malware

AhnLab CPP inherited the best-in-industry anti-malware capability from our awardwinning AV that has been rigorously verified by many global certification authorities. As a result, the platform is armed with full-scale malware detection and prevention backed by multi-level threat analysis.

Dashboard

Nearly Everything About Cloud Security

2403132974347523.png

AhnLab CPP dashboard intuitively delivers a unified view of security circumstances, including each security control's status, the breach's current state, and related trends. The dashboard provides “Summary”, “Domain”, and “Dashboard” for each security control, all customizable based on user preferences.

AhnLab CPP also provides shortcuts to the specific detection status and agent list, enabling immediate access to the information on the device and the event with the problem.

From the dashboard, you can check:

  • Summary: Daily response, agent connection, issue status, etc.
  • Domain: System resource status, etc.
  • Anti-malware: Malware detection trend
  • Host IPS: Network attack detection, attacker Ips, etc.
  • Application Control: Detected exe, integrity monitoring, etc.
  • Custom: Items and groups configured by the admin

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

As for cloud security, the cloud service providers (CSP) and the users share security responsibility, widely known as the “Shared Responsibility Model”. When it comes to IaaS protection, the CSPs are responsible for securing the cloud infrastructure, but users should carry out the rest, including platform, application, and data protection. Also, if users operate businesses in a multi or hybrid cloud environment, their security management must be diversified, causing operational complexity.

CWPP effectively solves these two critical issues by delivering sophisticated security controls and unified visibility across a hybrid cloud environment.
The security the CSP provides has been continuously advancing and plays a significant role in establishing a secure cloud environment. However, there is a growing trend of using hybrid or multi-cloud, where using different security solutions for each environment can consume many management resources and pose operational challenges.
Thus, dedicated CWPP like AhnLab CPP offer a unified management capability for diverse cloud environments, allowing for resource savings and consistent user experience throughout operations.
The network IPS monitors all traffic flowing into and out of the network and defends the system against attacks. On the other hand, host IPS is deployed on endpoints like servers and monitors inbound and outbound traffic for that specific device. Although their detection methods are similar, their targets and purposes differ, making network IPS and host IPS most effective when used together.

AhnLab delivers both network IPS (AhnLab AIPS) and host IPS (as a part of AhnLab CPP) to deliver complete coverage of network intrusion prevention.
AhnLab CPP is compatible with various public clouds, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, NHN Cloud, Naver Cloud Platform, Kakao i Cloud, and KT Cloud. For more details, please refer to the solution brief or datasheet.
